• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchasing a course. If however, any materials have been downloaded, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
• In case of StoreyManseau LLC’s website and/or YouTube channel is inaccessible, the cancellation request option will be extended for 24 hours beyond accessibility to these websites.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by emailing info@storeymanseau.com within 24 hours of receiving access to the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will notify you by email of our decision. If appropriate, a refund will be made within 48 hours via the original form of payment.
